Onion
So recently I stumbled on this really great blog Different strokes for Different folks where a picture is posted and different artists post their interpretations. This one is mine. Doing this piece made me realize how much I like painting with other people and seeing through their eyes.
I also may have a one woman show up soon, but this is still in the works (I will keep you posted). Unfortunately this also means that I am scrambling to finish up a few pieces and my posting will/is getting spotty. But I will have new and exciting things to share. It is also important to note that some of my paintings are temporarily not available for sale online.

Very NIce crop. I love your muted colors.
ReplyDeleteNice job with the challenge. I agree with you about the benefits of painting with other people, and seeing work through their eyes. Spurs me on to do better.

Thank you! The other thing I love about painting with others is giving and receiving encouragement (which I think we all need from time to time).
ReplyDeleteLovely subtle colors. I enjoyed going through your blog. I missed this challenge. Hope to catch up with the next one.
